Amy is a Registered Counselling Therapist Candidate (RCT-C). She believes counselling is a holistic journey of self-discovery encompassing the mind, body, and spirit. Amy's integrative approach to healing is deeply influenced by nature's wisdom and the transformative power of plants. She empowers her clients to water these seeds and allow them to sprout and blossom into the next iteration of themselves. Her mission is to create a safe and sacred space for clients to explore their inner worlds without judgment. “Healing from trauma isn't about “fixing” something that's broken within you; it's a profound unravelling of rediscovering and embracing the parts of yourself that have remained hidden in the shadows of fear and chaos. It’s about dismantling destructive patterns created out of survival so that you can reconnect and come home to your authentic self.” |
